Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the overall art style of the project, determining the game art style, and ensuring the quality of the art;
2. Manage the overall work process of art projects and the allocation of related resources, and formulate the overall art work plan;
3. Participate in setting the style framework and production process of interfaces and backgrounds; optimize resources and performance for the entire game;
4. Responsible for building the art team, and coordinating the progress and quality of the work to ensure the smooth completion of art work with quality assurance;
5. Responsible for communicating with planners and programmers to ensure that art resources meet project requirements in terms of effect and production, and promote the overall art development of the project.
Qualificaitons:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher, with more than 8 years of work experience, majoring in art-related fields;
2. Proficient in software such as 3DSMAX, Unity, Photoshop; proficient in V-Ray rendering, lighting rendering, and the ability to hand-draw textures;
3. Have a sufficient understanding of SLG genre and European and American realism and cartoon styles, and experience with successful products or complete project experience is preferred;
4. Solid art skills, good design thinking and aesthetic sense, and a high aesthetic ability for the overall visual effects of the screen;
5. Experience in managing art teams and outsourcing follow-up.
